If you could be a little more specific about it that would be great. Why is our body the shape it is?

The human body contains 57% of water, 5 to 13 % of fat, 20% of proteins most of them forming muscles, plus other substances in small quantities. Does it answer your question?

because it just is. There is no answer to be gave our bodys are made like that . E.G. the grass is green it just is because god made it like that .
